Our Team

Our employees come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. There is more than 200 man years of experience with software development and services for the airport sector within the company. At UFIS you find people from Germany, Austria, Holland, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Scotland, England, and the USA. Because of this, our common language is English.


COMPANY EXECUTIVES


Holger Mattig
Managing Director

Holger Mattig studied Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University, Berlin, specializing in airline operations, air transport, and airport operations. Since June 2010 Holger is the Managing Director of the whole UFIS group. During the last couple of years, he has been Managing Director of UFIS Airport Solutions Pte Ltd, Singapore, and Head of Sales within the UFIS group. He is one of the founders of UFIS and has been with the company from the very beginning, working with great dedication for the company’s success.





Stewart Maxwell
Proposal and Sales Support Manager

Stewart Maxwell, based at the UFIS office in Europe, is responsible for all the sales proposals that are sent out. Stewart joined the UFIS team in October 1989 as a customer support representative and wrote the user documentation for the computer monitoring tool for heterogeneous computer environments (called SYMAP). In 1992 he became the Proposal Manager, a job he has held since then.



Judith Lynn Maxwell

Project Coordination and Quality Assurance Manager

Judith Lynn Maxwell is the Manager for Project Coordination and Quality Assurance worldwide within the UFIS organization. Her responsibilities include overseeing all the projects to make sure they are on schedule and meeting the milestones as planned. She is also the first point of escalation for the project managers and projects. She also promotes improved quality assurance practices within the company and toward our customers as well. Having joined the company in February 2005, Judith Lynn brought with her many years of experience in software development, help-desk management, training, documentation and customer support.
