The Airport Railway Link between the Bangkok City Air Terminal and Suvarnabhumi Airport is now open with UFIS® Flight Information Display System (FIDS) playing a key role. Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva opened the new link on 4 December with a special test ride between the two terminals.

UFIS® FIDS is displaying flight information for passengers checking in at the Makkasan Station. Information is also provided above the 28 check-in counters where passengers may check in the luggage before boarding the train to the airport.

In what is becoming a yearly tradition, UFIS Airport Solutions was awarded a contract by Polish Airports' State Enterprise (PPL) for the UFIS® Flight Information System running at Warsaw's Frederic Chopin International Airport.
