Let’s Move Forward

Since the end of June I have the opportunity to contribute on a higher level to the company’s further development and success as President & CEO of UFIS Airport Solutions (UFIS-AS). I will also continue to take care of the business in Asia Pacific as Managing Director of UFIS-AS Singapore. During the first half of the year the company has gone through some organizational and structural changes in order to provide better services to you as our customers and partners. As part of this process UFIS-AS has sold its baggage handling subsidiary Airport Innovation in an asset sale. At present UFIS-AS has subsidiaries in Austria, Singapore and Thailand. In April we signed a contract to provide our UFIS® Resource Management System (RMS) to Alitalia Ground Handling at Rome's Fiumicino Airport. With the help of our partner Softlab, the project went live the first week in June. I look forward to continue our good work together thus moving the company forward to new achievements and success!
